The son of Agrippina, Nero is very versed in poetry, theater and the arts, enjoying to study the literature of the Greeks rather than the art of war the way most Romans did. He is very fond of Gabrielle, having read her scrolls and admiring how much talent she possesses. Xena and Gabrielle helped to bring him to power as the Emperor of Rome and he was able to share that power with his mother, something that had never happened before in Rome. But like his mother, there is more to Nero than meets the eye.
