When Xena, Gabrielle and Baby Eve are on the run from the ruthless gods intent on destroying the baby that will bring about their doom, Ares offers to help Xena. But when she rejects his offer, believing that he cannot play good on his word, Ares sends her a very erotic and sensual dream that leaves her with thoughts and feelings of Ares for the rest of the day. But her suspicions that he’s only out for himself surface when he tells her that he’ll help her against the gods as long as they can be together and have a child.
